Half Hour Consultation: No charge

Quickie Single Session: $150

• Includes a single one-hour coaching session by phone** or in person, and travel within 60 miles round trip.

Introductory Package: $400

• Includes three hour-long sessions by phone** or in person, unlimited e-mail and phone access during coaching period, and travel within 60 miles round trip.
• In-person packages include videotaping.

Annual Mentor Package (one person only): $6,000

• If you anticipate regular speaking opportunities and want to have the option of continually building your skills and confidence, and  you want to have a trusty guide on call for every presentation, this package is for you! 
• Includes unlimited coaching sessions, unlimited e-mail and phone access, videotaping, and travel within 60 miles round trip.

Details: I offer a 30-minute consultation at no charge, where we will meet to determine what your needs are and how I might be able to help. There is no commitment required at this point. 

I ask all new clients to fill out a brief questionnaire, which helps me learn more about you, your strengths, your challenges, your expectations for the coaching relationship, and the results you are seeking. Most of all, I will want to know how committed you are to working for change.

We'll get to know each other a little bit in this first meeting; if it looks like we're a good fit, then the next step is to begin the coaching process.

I offer a single session, or a discounted package of three sessions to begin. We can work in person or over the phone**.

** International clients must have a landline or an Internet connection with Skype.

I offer a one-hour seminar that gives a general overview of public speaking and presentation skills, covering topics such as eye contact, voice, movement, fear and anxiety, preparation, and more. I also offer more in-depth three and six hour workshops that include interactive practice and videotaping.

PowerPoint Design

Does your PowerPoint need pep? Are your bullet points blah? Is your layout lackluster? Are your slides so-so? I offer the following services to start your presentation on the road to recovery:

• Presentation consulting and evaluation
• PowerPoint design and layout
• Sourcing of images

I use an innovative approach that eliminates bullet points and brings your story to the forefront. We will work as a team to integrate the most effective text and images to present a clear, concise and engaging message for your audience. View some of my work.

$600 fee includes initial consultation and story template guidance, design and layout, and image sourcing.

Rates are based on a turnaround time of five business days. Rush charges of 25% will incur for faster turnaround requests.

A nonrefundable 25% deposit is required at time of order.

Group Mini-coaching

An affordable way to provide individual public speaking coaching for your staff that doesn't require a full or even half day of your time.

Just designate a space where I can set up shop for the day. Then schedule your staff for 15-minute to one-hour time slots.

I can work with your employees on any public speaking issues they like, whether it's structuring a new presentation, refining an existing one, answering general public speaking questions or anything else they'd like help with.

Half day (3 hours): $700

Full day (6 hours): $1,200

Presentation Review

I am available to sit in on one of your presentations for evaluation, then meet for a one-on-one coaching session to provide an assessment and suggestions for improvement.

This is an efficient way to get some quick tips and valuable feedback for your development as a successful speaker.

One-hour presentation: $250

Half day (3 hours): $700

Full day (6 hours): $1,200

Surcharge of $100 per additional presenter to be reviewed.

Video/DVD Review

Send me a video or DVD of your presentation, and I will review in detail your strengths and challenges and provide constructive feedback for improvement and more effective delivery. 

This is a stand-alone service that is offered to clients who are not participating in a coaching package.

Single presentation up to 1 hour: $250

Travel expenses outside of the Santa Barbara area (beyond 60 miles round trip) will be invoiced separately at $.50/mile.

Payment

• I accept personal checks, credit cards and electronic payments.
• Payment for coaching sessions and presentations is due at the first session. 
• 25% deposit is required for PowerPoint Design orders; client will be invoiced for remainder when work is completed.
