Greetings! Welcome
to my group coaching page!
Do you need help with public speaking, but aren't sure what options are available? Try group coaching! It's more affordable than
one-on-one
coaching, but more personalized than a class.
"Working with Lisa has been a wonderful experience. Both group and individual sessions have helped me develop unique skills that I now implement in trainings and presentations.
I learned to make sure that I am grounded and well prepared and have received lots of positive feedback.
I also learned and became very interested in making my presentations light and enjoyable without
losing content. Thank you Lisa!"

My groups are
speaking/presentation focused, with an emphasis on building skills and confidence. If business networking or related issues come up, we will address them as time and interest allow. I want the group to be flexible enough to go where we need to go, but structured enough that our focus areas don’t fall by the wayside.
Once you sign
up,
you will receive a link to a questionnaire, so I can get a better idea of what your public speaking interests and concerns are. This will help me determine how to shape the group, but as we
are a small group, the
participants always give input.
This is a six-week
program for six
people only. We
meet from 6:30-7:30
once a week. If you enjoy a
safe and encouraging small group environment, this program is for you.
The cost for this program is
$250 (compare to $600 for my individual coaching services!), and includes all materials,
videotaping, resources and handouts.
"The small, but intimate class and Lisa's informal coaching style gave me just the boost I needed to get past the fear of speaking publically. Now I feel ready to work on the more technical aspects of public speaking for which she promises to be an equally knowledgeable teacher."

"I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the great public speaking class with you. You were an excellent and dynamic energy and I was very impressed with the class size and the content every week. Really gained a lot of pointers and so happy I attended.
Lisa, I will definitely recommend you any chance I get."

Nitty gritty stuff:
** You can expect me to maintain confidentiality of all conversations in person, by phone or by e-mail during our work together, unless you consent to my disclosure.
** You can expect me to be available to you by phone or email outside our scheduled sessions. If you have questions, concerns, or brilliant ideas, don’t hesitate to contact me.
Please contact me by phone only during regular working hours, unless we have made a previous arrangement.
** You can expect me to challenge you to move beyond your comfort zone, stay committed to your goals, and follow through on assignments. I’m here to motivate you, among other things, and I will do my best!
** I will expect you to be on time for our sessions out of respect for the entire group’s process. If you must miss a session, please give us 24 hours notice (unless it’s an emergency), and we will do the same for you.
** I will expect you to follow through on activities assigned between sessions. You are responsible for your own learning, and you will get out of coaching what you put into it!
** I will expect you to let me know if something isn’t working for you. There are many different paths to reach the same goal or solution; if path A isn’t working, let’s try path B.
** Group coaching fees that we have agreed upon are due at the beginning of the six-week program, by check, credit card or PayPal.
$250 covers coaching and all materials,
videotaping, resources and handouts.
"Thanks so much! Your
group coaching series was fun, informative, stimulating, and productive. By the 6th session, I was less self-conscious and capable of delivering short talks with relative comfort and a sense of fun.
You offer so many tips: emphasis on practice is "right on" - certainly for me; how the speaker must be the center of attention and should request/arrange for appropriate setting arrangement; how interaction helps the audience stay involved, etc.
I feel I've found a balance in the aspects of how I want to speak; for me movement, interaction with the audience and mixing humor and serious information - and having fun doing it - is the most satisfying mix. And I know I can do it."
